At Custom Fitness, we pride ourselves on client retention.  When clients reach their goals and feel great, they also feel empowerment through personal success!  That is what keeps them coming back year after year. We currently have four clients that have each been training with us for 10 years!   We have been training the employees of one business in Louisville for the last five years.      
 
Not sure if we can deliver results?  Keep reading!  Several years ago, one of our long-term client's schedule became extremely busy, so he stopped training for nearly five months.  In that time, he gained 34 pounds! After starting back up again, it took only 2 months for him to lose 30 pounds!  During our five years working with employees of a local business, 25% of the participants lost 30 pounds or more within the first six months and have kept it off!
