Nich and I began working out about three months ago.  The workouts have been great, both challenging and enjoyable.  And, I'm in the best shape I've been in since college.  I have also experienced a noticeable change in my flexibility and have significantly strengthened my core.  This has translated well into my golf game.  I am now a full two clubs longer than before working out with Nich and routinely hit my 3-wood past where I used to hit a Driver.
