Becoming stronger doesn't always mean you will hit your ball farther. Using exercises
that develop power & flexibility will increase club head speed which will allow you hit hit the ball farther.

Body Control Increase Drive Length
Nich and I began working out about three months ago. The workouts
have been great, both challenging
and enjoyable. And, I'm in the best shape I've been in since college. I have also experienced a noticeable change
in my flexibility and have significantly
strengthened my core. This has translated well into my golf game. I am now a full two clubs longer than before working out with Nich
and routinely hit my 3-wood past
where I used to hit a Driver.
